Mr. Geist joined B&F Capital Markets as a Managing Director in 2010. He is responsible for managing and developing B&F’s business in the Eastern U.S. and is the lead marketer for Fulton Bank and all of its affiliates. In 2000, Brad joined Sovereign Bank as the head of the derivatives group where he and a five-person team started Sovereign’s Capital Markets Group. In addition to his management duties, Brad was the senior derivatives marketer in the Mid-Atlantic region and the group’s back-up trader. For the period 1998 – 2000, Brad started the derivatives group at Commerce Bank. This all-encompassing effort included educating the Bank’s lenders on the products, marketing to customers and setting up operations and accounting procedures. From 1985 – 1998 Brad worked at CoreStates Bank in various positions in Treasury and Capital Markets. Brad was the Bank’s investment portfolio manager responsible for managing its $2 billion dollar investment portfolio. Brad was involved in the start-up of CoreStates customer derivatives group.

Francis C. Thomas, CPA/PFS, Professor Emeritus, Richard Stockton University, has been providing tax and financial services for more than 43 years. Mr. Thomas has been a college professor teaching courses in taxation, financial planning, personal finance, and investments for over 38 years. Mr. Thomas has published numerous articles and presented at several national conferences. He currently provides accounting and tax services at Capaldi Reynolds & Pelosi, PA and is also a financial advisor with CRA Financial, L.L.C.
