Peter Fu, Esq. is an associate in Cooper Levenson's Business & Tax and Cyber Risk Management practice groups, He concentrates his practice on estate and tax planning; corporate best practices, and developing risk reduction tools for online service providers.

Mr. Fu began his career at Cooper Levenson as a summer clerk in 2011 and continued clerking for the firm until 2014. He worked in a multitude of areas, including tax law, personal injury litigation, drafting contracts, assessing LLC operating agreements and partnership agreements, and developing risk management policies for corporate entities. In addition, he handles general corporate matters, arbitration drafting, sales and local tax in a number of U.S. states, and value added taxes and goods and services taxes for international businesses.

He also served as a legal intern to the New Jersey Department of Education, United States Department of Justice, Civil Division as well as the United States Department Of Treasury, U.S. Mint.

He is a recipient of the 2014 Maro R. Sondahl Award for Excellence in International Commercial Law and Arbitration from the Rutgers School of Law and earned first place in the Willem C. Vis Moot for International Commercial Arbitration in Munich, Germany Rounds.

Mr. Fu earned his B.A. in International Affairs and International Economics from the George Washington University and J.D. at the Rutgers School of Law – Camden. While at Rutgers, he served as a teaching assistant for both Contracts and Arbitration. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey.

Arthur Korth

Arthur Korth, Esq. has been an associate with Cooper Levenson since 1988. He concentrates his practice in Taxation Law, Estate Planning and Estate Administration, working with clients on creating estate plans and drafting Wills, trusts and related estate planning and administration. Most recently, he has been involved in Estate Litigation cases as an expert in the law of taxation and estate administration. A graduate of Princeton University (A.B., 1978), Rutgers University School of Law - Camden (J.D., 1981) and New York University (LL.M. in Taxation, 1983), Mr. Korth was admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey in 1981, and the United States Tax Court in 1985. Alexandra K. Rigden has practiced family law exclusively for 4 years. As an Associate in our Cherry Hill office, she works for a variety of clients. Ms. Rigden is also an author, writing a significant number of articles and blogs on a wide variety of family law topics. During law school, Ms. Rigden was an active member of Barry Law’s Trial Advocacy and Moot Court teams, where she won “Best Advocate” out of approximately 250 students who competed in the first-year moot court competition. She also served as treasurer for her law school’s American Association of Justice chapter. Ms. Rigden also completed a Domestic Violence Training Clinic and formerly volunteered as a pro bono attorney for New Jersey Legal Services. Ms. Rigden serves as Associate Editor for New Jersey Family Lawyer. She is a member of the Burlington and Camden County Bar Associations.

Amy Rudley is a partner in the firm’s Atlantic City office. Amy focuses on the areas of employment law, hospitality & casino law, and defense litigation including civil rights litigation and premises liability. Amy guides clients through the drafting of handbooks and day-to-day employment practices and decisions. Amy also conducts employment seminars, sessions and trainings, as well as investigations in to workplace allegations of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment. Amy further prepares employment contracts and agreements for her clients. Amy serves as a Councilperson and Public Safety Director, Borough of Pitman, and as a Board Member of the Pitman Education Foundation. Michael L. Salad, Esq., LL.M. is a partner in the firm. He concentrates his practice on business transactions, tax matters, probate administration and estate and business planning. Michael holds an LL.M. in Estate Planning and Elder Law.

Michael began his career at Cooper Levenson as a summer clerk in 2009 and 2010. He worked primarily within the tax law arena, concentrating on will drafting and estate and asset protection planning as well as preparing and structuring shareholder agreements, limited liability company operating agreements and partnership agreements. In addition, Michael handles general corporate matters as well as mergers and acquisitions involving corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. Michael regularly travels between Florida and New Jersey and assists clients from the Northeast who are seeking to change their residency.

Robert E. Salad, Esq., LL.M. Partner With a keen eye for detail, and a well-earned depth and breadth of experience, Robert E. Salad is at the forefront in business and tax law. Joining Cooper Levenson in 1984, he now serves as President of the firm, and Chairman of the Tax and Business practice group. He has been a partner since 1988.
