This course will take a detailed look the IRS’s Tangible Property Regs. You will learn how to use the Regs to obtain the maximum tax benefit for your client. In the health care portion of the program current requirements under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) will be reviewed including penalties, year-end reporting requirements and self-insurance options.
