Mark Bentley of Paychex is the Regional Retirement Wholesaler responsible for financial advisors in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Bentley joined Paychex Retirement Services in 2008 after 15 successful years in payroll services sales, marketing and business management. Mr. Bentley also holds FINRA licenses Series 6 and 63. In his career, Mr. Bentley has worked with businesses to help them improve their processes and enhance their benefit packages. In his first four years with Paychex, he lead a sales team that exclusively delivered 401(k) plans and other pre-tax benefits to thousands of businesses in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, specifically focusing on defined contribution plan design, fee management and implementation. In 2012, Mr. Bentley was chosen to be one of ten national retirement relationship managers to help financial advisors win more complex 401(k) plans, by helping them leverage existing relationships and uncovering opportunities to improve their clients’ plans’ design, investments and administrative processes. A long-time advocate for participant education and communicating the long term impact of plan fees on participant account balances, Mr. Bentley specializes in outlining ways to affect plan expenses to help advisors improve participant outcomes and retirement readiness. After graduating from University of Richmond and then earning an MBA in Marketing at Baruch College in New York, Mr. Bentley and his wife, Jill, settled in central New Jersey where they raise their three sons. Mr. Bentley’s non-Paychex time is active, coaching baseball, basketball and spending time on Long Beach Island.

Wendy Murray is an OppenheimerFunds Senior Advisor Consultant for the South Central New Jersey area. Mrs. Murray takes a truly consultative approach to supporting financial advisors by taking the time to understand their business and offer a broader range of insights, tools and resources to enhance the success of their practice. This includes not only investment expertise, but also acting as a partner to help advisors build and run their practice with the added resource of the award-winning OppenheimerFunds CEO Advisor InstituteSM. Mrs. Murray offers actionable insights that enable advisors to enhance the expertise of their team, structure of their practice, client-service standards, new business development and wealth management strategies. Mrs. Murray has been with OppenheimerFunds since 1993. Prior to joining OppenheimerFunds she worked as a Regional Representative at Seligman Funds. She began her career at Integrated Resources. Mrs. Murray holds a B.A. in Economics from Villanova University. Mrs. Murray holds the CRPC® and Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons at the New Jersey shore.
