Ash is the head of Social Security planning at OneTeam Financial. With nearly thirty years of experience, he is one of the nation’s foremost experts on Social Security and oversees the development of Social Security claiming strategies to maximize retirement income benefits. Ash is the former president and founder of National Social Security Partners, LLC (NSSP). He has two certifications in Social Security planning: National Social Security AdvisorSM and Certified in Social Security Claiming Strategies (CSSCS). Ash was recognized with the “National Social Security Advisor of the Year” award in 2016 from the National Social Security Association. He obtained his Chartered Accounting degree (a Canadian CPA.) and Certified Financial PlannerTM designation. He then went on to obtain an MBA from Wharton Business School. Ash has been published in numerous newspapers and magazines.

A founding partner of OneTeam Financial, LLC, in Cranford and Red Bank, New Jersey, Greg leads the Retirement Planning Division and collaborates with our team of specialists in the areas of Social Security, Medicare and long-term care.

Greg works closely with clients to design comprehensive, holistic retirement plans that are financially flexible in order to optimize their wealth. He tailors each client’s investment portfolio to meet their unique goals and objectives while minimizing risk. Gregory graduated cum laude from the Fairfield University Honors Program with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting. He began his career in the financial services industry in 2005.

He worked with UBS trading fixed income and options as an Associate Director for seven years before transitioning into the financial services business to pursue his passion of helping clients retire more comfortably with peace of mind.

In 2010, he completed the third level of the CFA program and currently holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. The CFA Program is a globally recognized, graduate level curriculum that provides a strong foundation of real-world investment analysis and portfolio management skills along with the practical knowledge needed in today’s investment industry. Greg is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Long-term Care Specialist (CLTC) and a National Social Security Advisor (NSSA).

Greg is a frequent speaker and provides invaluable education and insight to professionals to assist in navigating the complexities of the financial industry. He is the President of the Red Bank Chapter of the American Financial Education Alliance (AFEA) and continuously informs and educates adults in our communities.

In his free time, Greg enjoys exercising, golfing with friends and clients but his true passion is spending time with his wife, Brenna, and his two little girls Louisa and Haven in their Colts Neck and Long Beach Island homes.
