Samantha Heaton is an associate with Kulzer & DiPadova, P.A. She is admitted to the Bars of the State of New Jersey, The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the State of Florida. Mrs. Heaton received her Masters of Law (LL.M.) in Taxation from New York University School of Law and earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Rutgers Law School, where she also received a Certificate in Corporate and Business Law and served as an Articles Editor for the Rutgers University Law Review. Mrs. Heaton received her bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from Rutgers University.

Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Heaton interned with the Honorable Gloria M. Burns, former Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.

Mrs. Heaton is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, the Camden County Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Mrs. Heaton specializes in the areas of business and corporate law, estate planning and taxation.

Solaris A. Power, J.D., M.S.W., LL.M. is an associate with the firm. She is a member of the Bar of the State of New Jersey (2017) and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (2016). Ms. Power earned her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, graduating as a Rubin Public Interest Honor Society Fellow. While obtaining her J.D., she also completed the integrated Trial Advocacy Program and later served as a Teaching Assistant within that same program. Ms. Power also earned her LL.M. in Taxation and Estate Planning Certificate from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Ms. Power currently serves as Co-Chair of the General Equity Committee and the Attorney Wellness Committee within the Burlington County Bar Association. On September 1, 2023, Ms. Power was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to a four year term on the District Ethics Committee, Section IIIB (Burlington County). Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Power was an associate in Ocean County, New Jersey, concentrating her practice in trust and estate litigation in probate and equity courts, along with honing her expertise in guardianships and estate planning, including medicaid asset protection trusts and first and third party special needs trusts. Ms. Power has continued her work in these areas at Kulzer & DiPadova. Prior to law school, Ms. Power obtained a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy and Practice, also in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, concentrating on economic and social policy issues for seniors. Previously, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, at the University of Maryland, College Park campus, concentrating her coursework in counseling psychology. During law school, Ms. Power was a law clerk at The Beasley Law Firm, LLC , clerked for The Honorable Luis Felipe Restrepo, in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania and served on the Elder Law Judicial Task Force writing committee for the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania.

Al Sorichetti

Al Sorichetti, CLU, CHFC

Al Sorichetti is the Regional Life and LTC contact for Nationwide in the Mid-Atlantic and joined Nationwide in 2006, holding numerous roles through sales, service and development within production and leadership. Prior to joining Nationwide, Al held various responsibilities within turnkey assets management programs and national accounts working within BD’s, RIA’s, and Exclusive Agency production, as well as previous individual production. Al attended Rutgers University and holds a BS in Finance with a minor in Psychology and is currently enrolled in their executive MBA program. He is the former President of the Society of Financial Professionals in South Jersey. Outside of work, Al enjoys time with his son and wife in his free time.
